- Membership Benefits: Delivery of the service is 100% digital and instant. Upon successful payment authorization, members immediately unlock their digital perks, which may include:
- Access to exclusive in-house media, including podcasts and videos produced by We are Geekin’ Studio.
- Priority community access and early seat reservations for our events.
- Exclusive partner commerce discounts and promotional perks.
2. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
To ensure transparency, the following financial rules apply to all Club du Geek subscriptions:
- Recurring Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected tier). By subscribing, you authorize We are Geekin’ Ltd to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- Cancellations: You are in complete control of your subscription. Members can self-manage and cancel their recurring membership auto-renewals at any time directly from their account profile settings. Once canceled, you will retain access to your club benefits until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Strict Refund Policy: Because our service is digital and access is granted instantly, refunds are not provided for standard cancellations or “change of mind”. * Administrative Corrections: Refunds are strictly restricted to disputed administrative corrections (e.g., accidental double-billing). Verified administrative portal adjustments will be back-credited to the cardholder’s original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

As part of the Club du Geek perks, members may receive priority access or discounts to community events.
- Sole Organizer: Please note that all events promoted on this platform are exclusively organized, managed, and hosted internally by We are Geekin’ Ltd. We do not act as a ticketing agency or promoter for any third-party events.
- Liability: While we strive to create safe and fun environments, We are Geekin’ Ltd is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during our physical events. By attending, you agree to follow our community Code of Conduct.
4. Account Registration and Social Logins
To access the Club, you must create an account. You can register directly or authenticate using third-party services like Google or Facebook (“Social Logins”).

All original content produced by We are Geekin’ Ltd, including but not limited to We are Geekin’ Studio videos, podcasts, articles, branding, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of We are Geekin’ Ltd. Members are granted a limited, non-commercial license to view and consume this content. Unauthorized distribution, downloading, or pirating of our exclusive content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
6. Privacy & Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability
